* Lưu ý: Đối với các link Google Drive, hãy đăng nhập tài khoản Google (Gmail) trước khi tải để tránh bị giới hạn lượt tải.

ID là tên tài khoản dùng để đăng nhập game và nhận hỗ trợ khi cần.
ID cần ít nhất 6 ký tự, không nên đặt quá dài (áp dụng tương tự với Email).

Cài đặt & Xử lý lỗi thường gặp

Nếu bạn không rành về máy tính, hãy tham khảo các bước bên dưới:

File game khi tải về có dạng Dragonica_Era.rar. Cần sử dụng phần mềm WinRAR để giải nén.

Một số máy ẩn đuôi file sẽ chỉ hiện tên Dragonica_Era nhưng biểu tượng vẫn giữ nguyên.

Nếu máy chưa có WinRAR, hãy tải WinRAR tại đây và xem hướng dẫn giải nén file .rar.
⚠ Bắt buộc giải nén xong mới mở game, KHÔNG chạy trực tiếp game từ bên trong file nén .rar.

Một số phần mềm diệt Virus hoặc Windows Defender / Security có thể tự động xóa file hệ thống của game làm ngắt kết nối đột ngột.

Cách khắc phục: Thêm thư mục game vào danh sách loại trừ (Exclusion) của phần mềm Antivirus. Bạn có thể tìm trên Google cú pháp: "Thêm thư mục loại trừ + [Tên Antivirus đang dùng]".

Nếu đã lỡ bị lỡ xóa file dragonica.exe, bạn chỉ cần giải nén lại hoặc tải riêng file đó tại kênh #📥tải_game Discord rồi chép vào thư mục Release của game.

📌 Lưu ý quan trọng về thư mục lưu game:

Đường dẫn chứa thư mục game tuyệt đối KHÔNG có tiếng Việt có dấu và KHÔNG có khoảng trắng (Space).

Quy tắc đặt tên thư mục

Sau khi giải nén, hãy mở file Patcher.exe Patcher Icon để chạy Launcher cập nhật game.

Có thể chuột phải vào file Patcher chọn Send to -> Desktop để tạo shortcut vào game nhanh hơn.

Cài đặt thêm các thư viện bổ sung cần thiết cho game trong thư mục Dragonica_Era:

Tiến hành chạy 2 file cài đặt thư viện:

Ngoài ra, bạn nên cài Easy Anti Cheat theo đường dẫn: Dragonica_Era\Release\EasyAntiCheat và khởi chạy file install.bat install.bat.

Lỗi màn hình trắng (Card đồ họa Onboard / Intel UHD):

Nếu máy không có card đồ họa rời, khi chạy game bị hiện màn hình trắng, hãy truy cập vào thư mục Release và đổi tên file d3d9.dll thành xd3d9.dll.

Lỗi Fail To Patch (Cập nhật thất bại):

  • Kiểm tra kênh Discord #🆙cập_nhật xem máy chủ có đang bảo trì hay không.
  • Nếu do kết nối mạng, hãy khởi động lại Modem Wi-Fi hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng 1.1.1.1 (WARP) để cập nhật, sau đó tắt VPN đi để vào game.
Xong xuôi hết nếu bạn vẫn có thấy thông báo lỗi khi mở game, game không thể chạy được, hãy chụp hình lỗi lại gửi vào fanpage Facebook hoặc kênh #❌báo_lỗi trên Discord.
Có thể có lỗi lạ nào đó hoặc phiên bản Windows mà bạn dùng thiếu file nghiêm trọng cần reset hoặc cài lại.

🛠️ “Cài lại Win nhưng giữ app”: Cài đè Windows, giữ file + app

  1. Tải Media Creation Tool (hoặc file ISO đúng phiên bản Win 10/11 đang dùng).
  2. Chạy file setup.exe từ trong Windows đang chạy (không boot qua USB).
  3. Chọn Keep personal files and apps / Giữ tệp cá nhân và ứng dụng.
  4. Để máy cài xong, vào lại Windows Update lần nữa.

Thực hiện cách này khi:

  • Lệnh DISM / SFC quét không hết lỗi.
  • Hệ thống bị thiếu nhiều Service của Windows.
  • Microsoft Store, Windows Defender hoặc Windows Update bị hỏng nặng.
⚠️ Lưu ý: Phiên bản Windows (Edition) khi cài đè phải khớp (Home/Pro), và máy phải boot được vào Windows hiện tại.

Installation & Troubleshooting Guide

If you are not familiar with PC installations, please follow the steps below:

The downloaded game archive is named Dragonica_Era.rar. You need WinRAR to extract it.

On systems hiding file extensions, it will display as Dragonica_Era, but the RAR icon remains the same.

If WinRAR is not installed on your PC, download WinRAR here and check out a tutorial on extracting .rar files.
⚠ Mandatory: Extract the folder completely before running the game. DO NOT launch the game directly from inside the .rar archive.

Some Antivirus software or Windows Defender / Security may automatically delete game system files, causing sudden disconnections.

Solution: Add the game folder to your Antivirus Exclusion list. Search Google for: "Add folder exclusion + [Your Antivirus Name]".

If dragonica.exe was mistakenly deleted, extract the archive again or download the executable separately from the #📥download Discord channel, then place it into the game's Release folder.

📌 Important Folder Naming Rule:

The path containing the game folder must NOT contain accented characters (non-English text) and must NOT contain spaces.

After extracting, launch Patcher.exe Patcher Icon to open the launcher and update the game.

Tip: Right-click Patcher.exe and select Send to -> Desktop to create a convenient game shortcut.

Install the required prerequisites located inside the Dragonica_Era directory:

Run both installer packages:

vcredist dxwebsetup

Additionally, install Easy Anti Cheat by navigating to: Dragonica_Era\Release\EasyAntiCheat and execute install.bat install.bat.

White Screen Error (Integrated Graphics / Intel UHD):

If your PC lacks a dedicated graphics card and launches into a white screen, navigate to the Release directory and rename d3d9.dll to xd3d9.dll.

Fail To Patch Error:

  • Check the Discord channel #🆙updates to see if the server is under maintenance.
  • If caused by network routing, restart your Wi-Fi router or use 1.1.1.1 (WARP) to update, then disconnect VPN before entering the game.
If errors persist after trying these solutions, capture a screenshot of the error and send it to our Facebook Fanpage or Discord channel #❌bug-report.
Severe system issues or missing Windows components may require system repair or reinstallation.

🛠️ Repair Windows while keeping files & apps:

  1. Download Media Creation Tool (or ISO matching your active Windows 10/11 edition).
  2. Run setup.exe directly inside Windows (do not boot from USB).
  3. Select Keep personal files and apps.
  4. Complete installation and check Windows Update.

Use this method when:

  • DISM / SFC scans cannot repair corruption.
  • Critical Windows Services are missing.
  • Microsoft Store, Windows Defender, or Windows Update are broken.
⚠️ Note: The ISO Edition (Home/Pro) must strictly match your current Windows installation, and the OS must be bootable.
